CHEAP TRICK

No,,,, not the band,,,,,,,, a crafty thing! I needed something to sort these alphabet beads into. At the craft store, they wanted way too much for something so simple. So I went to the pharmaceutical dept. and picked up one of these 28 day pill containers for $4.99, 3 times less than the cheapest craft container I could find. I used a kitchen scratchy thingy and scratched off the words. With a marker, I wrote the letters on each partition.

The nice thing about this is you can completely take all the lids off or just open each individual one. Since this is made for pills, the lids actually are quite tight.

Then I took the box and turned it inside out by slitting up the side and re-taping it. By storing the bead container in the cardboard box, it insures the beads to not spill even though the lids do close each partition tight. You could use this idea for all sorts of things you need to sort.... Cheap trick.
